It is with a touch of excitement and sadness that I introduce you to my latest new home community just six minutes from the Palmer Fred Meyer store. I have searched the Municipality of Anchorage for another Huffman Timbers or Sandhill Reserve, my two most recent Anchorage communities, to no avail. The 90 plus acres in Cedar Park has been in my back pocket for over twenty years and so now it is finally time I recognize that Anchorage has run out of land for most families looking for a new home with a backyard with trees and a lot wide enough for a triple car garage. I will continue to search for residential opportunities in Anchorage and am planning a small condo community in West Anchorage in 2024 but for now take a drive north on the Glenn Highway, continue past the Intersection of E. Palmer Wasilla Highway and then left on Marsh Road and right on Cedar Hills Drive with acre homesites from only $74,000. Come see the wild flowers before fall takes them away and enjoy lunch in downtown Palmer at Turkey Red with a fresh rhubarb tart for dessert. I hope to see you there!
